Personally I read this playbook as geared towards ambitious, perfectionistic characters (being someone who's cast things out of themself, and who strives to complete a project that eludes them) and I think that could make for some really interesting play. I also really liked the descriptions of projects, they're all unique and valuable in their own ways.
